STM Bus Perspective

The is a two-point perspective art of an STM bus in the city. It is an illustration that uses several tools in Adobe illustration such as a pen tool, perspective grids, image tracing, and other essential digital techniques.The drawing is a realistic photo of public transportation in Montreal and detailed art of their iconic bus. The main reason that I choose to illustrate this auto bus is the public transportation that I take in my everyday commute.

Challenges

The difficult part was implementing my 2d design into a two-point perspective. It was my first time attempting to put my design in perspective grid in Illustrator and had to separate my design.
Solutions

I divide my drawing perspectives into art boards and accurately align them together using grids.This process required resizing and changing small elements in the bus design for the two sides to fit together.
